Reading quest will be holding two exciting half day courses in the development centre on Wednesday 2nd July.

Outdoor Literacy

Are you interested in making literacy more fun, dynamic and invigorating? We all know children love to be outdoors and to learn in practical, hands on ways. But it’s not always easy to link that to purposeful literacy work. Join us for a half day of fun filled practical activities to give your literacy an outdoor boost!

Picture books and philosophy 

Explore some of the powerful themes within children’s literature and have time to think and plan about how they might be used in your classroom.
